General By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms of service in full. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The terms applicable at the time of your order will apply to your purchase.

Products and Pricing All prices are stated in SEK and include VAT. Shipping costs are added at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to adjust prices due to supplier changes or currency fluctuations.

Order and Payment Once you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please review it carefully and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout.

Delivery Normal delivery time is within 1 week. Orders placed during weekends are dispatched no earlier than the following Monday. If a delay occurs, please contact us at info@smartdna.se.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order. For full details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Disputes These terms are governed by Swedish law. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first. You may also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) at www.arn.se, or use the EU's online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
